Prior to Webinar 1, you should review the following elements of Coach Award syllabus:

• Optimum learning environment [Core Coach: session 14 / DST: session 6]

• Decision-making: Classical vs naturalistic decision making [Core Coach: session 13 / DST: session 4+5]

By Webinar 1, you should be ready to present on these topics following the model outlined in our introductory webinar. This means that for both topics you should be ready to present to the group: a short explanation of the coaching concept outlined (no longer than 2 mins), a key example in practice and how you as a tutor might deliver this on a course.”
