NEW Personal Performance Award Provider Refresher eLearning

We are pleased to introduce the new Personal Performance Award Provider Refresher eLearning.

This eLearning is aimed at existing PPA Providers to ensure continual development, standardisation and delivery of our Educational Philosophy. We have developed this eLearning update to revisit the awards, explore methods of delivery as well as focus on a specific area to support both providers and paddlers.

The resource explores how the personal performance awards can be delivered, ensuring we as providers empower the paddlers to make choices and try out different ways to manoeuvre their craft so they can work out what’s best for them and head towards becoming an independent and confident paddler.

The final section provides some additional information about the environment, and how we as providers can be ambassadors of looking after our wonderful waterways and promote appropriate paddler behaviours.

The eLearning is FREE, takes around 30 minutes to complete and will count as 5 CPD points. Existing PPA Providers will need to complete this eLearning 3 years after completing the PPA Provider eLearning.

Every Instructor, Coach, Leader, Raft Guide and Bell Boat Helm can deliver some of the Personal Performance Awards. You will need to complete PPA Provider eLearning. The eLearning provides 10 CPD points and access to a range of logos to use for your marketing and promotion.
