What the Role Entails
Coach Developer Standardisation Workshops, meet the mandatory requirement for all Coach Developers to attend a standardisation every 12 months:
Paddlesport Instructor Tutors, Coach Award Tutor/ Assessors and Performance Coach Mentors and Assessors are all required to attend one digital session per year.
Whilst not a mandatory requirement, all aspirant Tutors and Leadership Providers are welcome to join the standardisation sessions.
We recommend you log on a few minutes before to ensure you are settled and to allow your device to download any software or updates.

Getting the most from the session
We would prefer you to join us on camera especially during smaller group work, we do recommend you have some headphones or a headset if you have them available for listening comfort, you will need a microphone to contribute to discussions/ ask questions.
- 10 CPD points will be added to your National Association Membership Record on completion of the session and you have a standardisation credential added to your record. If you are screen sharing with a colleague or family member please ensure we know that and that you both are able to contribute.
- We will be presenting, discussing and looking at video – so a quite space free from distraction would be advantageous.
Zoom links and joining instructions will be sent on two weeks before the event.
